During my time at Razorfish, I had the incredible opportunity to collaborate with Delta’s dynamic design team. Picture a bustling hive of creativity—a team of 40 talented designers, each bringing their unique expertise to the table.
My mission? To focus on designing a better Check-In experience for the Delta ticket kiosk and design variations for A/B testing to enhance user conversion rates.
Working alongside such a diverse and skilled team was exhilarating. We brainstormed, sketched, and iterated on designs to create a seamless and intuitive Check-In experience for Delta’s passengers.
Our goal was to not only make the process efficient but also to infuse it with a touch of delight.
Since the site launch in November 2012, flight revenue increased as high as 10% year on year! 1
